The Data Recovery Service is intended to provide you with a four step process for recovery of your lost or missing data.

Step 1 typically involves an examination of your PC or Laptop / Notebook to determine any system issues and to perform and simple recovery of a file or files*

Step 2 is the creation of a mirror image of your hard drive, such that any work undertaken on the machine can be reversed if necessary. It is also an additional safeguard should step 4 be required.

Step 3 comprises a series of tests and probes to attempt to recover your lost of missing data.

Step 4 (if required) is to locate a suitable forensic recovery service should the hard drive and its data be inaccessible to the Nine Standards enginner.
