When you have problems with sending or receiving emails but still have internet access, the remote control service can be utilised to diagnose and repair.
This is a 'no-fix, no fee' service*

 

 

Option 1: Remote control software already in place (or customer manages simple install prior to the remote control session)

Price £15

 

Option 2: Install of remote control software followed by diagnosis and repair

Price £20

* if option 2 is required where Nine Standards manages the installation of the remote control software by guiding the customer through the process there is a minimum charge of £5, e.g. if the customer installs the RC software but Nine Standards is unable to provide a fix, there is no charge, but if Nine Standards has to further guide the customer through the RC preparation the charge will be £5 if the problem is not resolved or £25 if it is.
